Electro-Mechanical assemblies

In addition to product engineering, various machining and surface finishing processes, we offer electro-mechanical assembly services as a part of our full-cycle component manufacturing to our valued customers. 

We fully understand that quality assembly work is as crucial as precise and accurate machining, and largely affects the overall quality, functionality and longevity of the finished product. Therefore, in our assembly workshop we apply the same rigorous standards of production and quality inspection/control standards as in the design and machining processes. 

Our Value-Add In Assembly Services

Besides ensuring high quality components manufactured internally, we also perform sourcing and procurement of external standard and customized mechanical & electrical/electronic components tailored to the assembly projects. In addition, we collaborate with customers to develop ‘Vendor Management Inventory’ programmes.  

We have a specialised procurement team to source for components that are not manufactured internally at a competitive cost and quality, so as to provide our customers with a complete, reliable and cost effective solution.
